Returns & Refund Policy

At Laraco, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns Period

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • The return must be for a valid reason (see below)
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The product is not as described

Please note: due to the nature of coffee products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once packaging has been opened.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used coffee products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 working days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs
  • For other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
